How it started..
Do you remember the good old days back in January 2021 when we began construction of Synina Residency? We uploaded our first Construction Update Posts and celebrated simpler yet substantial breakthroughs. We honored the initial groundbreaking of our flagship project, the application of the first slab and the completion of the first floor.
Now look at Us, over one and a half years later we have finished construction of the 14 Floor Exterior Structure!
Not only is the Exterior structure complete, but Synina Residency has the most incredible and rightfully gorgeous Showhouse Open and Ready For Viewing!

How it’s Going..
Having completed the ‘shell’ or exterior structure of the building, it’s time we start to accessorize. Our construction team is presently working on the interior finishes. These include tiling, fitting cabinetry, electricals and paintwork.
The estimated time of completion of Synina Residency is April 2023. We’re counting down days till we can welcome you HOME.
